What Will You Be Doing?

  • Monitor and Manage: Oversee network performance, health, and infrastructure, ensuring everything runs smoothly using advanced network monitoring tools.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve: Quickly respond to and resolve network incidents, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance network reliability and performance.
  • Stay Ahead in Technology: Dive deep into protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, and EVPN while managing Cisco equipment, firewalls, and more.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Manage and monitor day-to-day network operations in a data center environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents with precision and speed.
  • Leverage expertise in protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and more to ensure uninterrupted network availability.
  • Work hands-on with cutting-edge tools: Cisco routing, switching, firewalls, and monitoring solutions.
  • Be a proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills, using tools like Wireshark for Pcap and DPI analytics.


What You Bring:

  • Technical Expertise: A strong grasp of networking protocols, technologies, and data center infrastructure. Hands-on experience with tools like Wireshark for Pcap and DPI analytics is a big plus.
  • Certifications: While not mandatory, certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are highly preferred.
  • Problem Solving: Proven ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
