We are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Support Engineer with basic knowledge of .NET to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing operational support, troubleshooting applications, and ensuring smooth cloud operations while working in a shift-based 24x7 environment.

Role Highlights

Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency in AWS services and cloud operations.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps tools and methodologies.
  • Basic familiarity with .NET frameworks for troubleshooting applications.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and incident management.

Soft Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams.

Work Environment

  • Availability for rotational 24x7 shifts (on-call).
  • Hybrid work setup with cabs provided for convenience.

Experience Required

  • 3 to 12 years in AWS and DevOps support roles.
